Pros

There are none. Hated working here.

Cons

If you like Frat parties and wish you were still in college. This is the place for you. Beer given out on Friday's, weekly games of flip cup. You were expected to attend all happy hours and office outings. Training in Atlanta just consisted of everyone going out to bars and getting drunk and hooking up. Promotions were based on popularity. For the most part they only hire people that came from a sorority or fraternity.

Pros

- Culture (we are all splitting images of each other, hangout outside of the office every day, you get to work with your best friends - Clear guidelines on what needs to be done for daily/weekly numbers, promotion path, etc - Public role-plays to improve face to face sales interactions with feedbacks - Weekly pay

Cons

- Describing the day to day for account managers - Relying so heavily on "you can be so successful/wealthy" when the industry is one of the most unreliable in sales. - Pay; you receive next to minimum wage for a full-time role and only get bumped to 50k at the 6month mark. - There is a massive divide between the Account Managers and Recruiters (lot of down talking, negativity, arrogant, when its also their first job out of college and they have no leadership experience, we witnessed about 1 person crying/melting down a week. - Only match your 401k up to $250 - Commission for "Professional Recruiter" to Account Manager is almost non-comparable. - Incredibly micro-managed from the Recruiter position to the AM position - During interview process - they don't elaborate on what you will be doing day to day as a recruiter or that you even start out as a recruiter*** - Your hours, on average will be 7 to 7:30AM to 5-5:30PM with no "Off-Switch" once your into AM.

Pros

client facing meetings - I learned great skills - learned how to tech recruit which helped me with my next role

Cons

I'm not sure where to begin. IG was my first job out of college as it is for most of their employees. My theory is they go after ambitious fresh out of the gate students who are excited and eager to enter the work force. Their retention rate is horrible because they promise you the world but drag you through the mud to get there. Recruiting isn't the issue, it't their upper management, metrics, and the day to day pressure they put on you to hit them. even employees that have been there for multiple years get treated this way. IG gave me great tools for my next role and some life long friends, but I am very happy to not be there anymore. I am not one to give up on anything. I tried to make it work, but all in all it is not the best environment to work in. As i scroll through glassdoor and see all the positive reviews, I can't help but giggle. I remember each month they would have a couple people in the office write a good review and screen shot it to show they did it.
