-You're a broker of human capital. You are siphoning money out of the pockets of the people you place into jobs. As such, you're an overall drain on the U.S. economy. -You are forced to socialize with your loser coworkers after hours in order to get ahead. -The turnover rate of employees is 50% or higher. -In the time 6-month span in which I worked there, not a single male was promoted to an account management position, nor was there one previously there since the inception of the office. Female account managers were tasked with wearing revealing clothing and expensing meals and drinks with middle aged male technology managers. -People in the company have been known to get beneficial treatment through sleeping with their superiors. -A technology company yet has an extremely rigid dress code; threatened to have to use a rusty razor to shave if you showed up to work not shaved that morning. -Again, a so-called technology company using the most outdated software and services to track job candidates (RESTRAK and career builder accounts). -No administrative help. -Management actually sent around a sheet of paper for recruiters to sign up for working the day after Thanksgiving. If you didn't sign, it was insinuated that you would face negative consequences. -Unpaid overtime, adding to the overall blatant illegality of Insight Global. -More unpaid overtime: you were forced to stay after hours for "Deltas" - this is where you sit in a circle with your loser coworkers and openly talk about the things that they need to change about themselves.

Base salary is horrible compared to other companies and the healthcare they offer is fairly pricey. Leave right at 5 is frowned upon and you better be there before 7:30 every morning. The offices are run by people about 26 years old and younger who have their clique. If you don't make your way into their clique within the first few weeks, you never are and you aren't going to get looked at for promotion if someone they like is doing just as well as you. The company is a walking HR violation. Very profane language is used by employees in reference to woman especially. Pretty much everyone in the office is having sex with one another even though it's against company policy. The company is planning to go public, I hope they can make it through the auditing process. The amount of forged signatures alone is concerning. When people come for the internal interviews the "managers" that conduct the interviews come back in the office and tell everyone about their weight, breast sizes, race, and make fun of them. It's really a hard environment to work in if you have any sort of moral compass of if you want any kind of work/life balance.
