Revolving door scam. Depending on the hire date, companies can wait between 6-8 weeks before full wages and benefits are paid to an employee. If a perpetual turnover is implied within two months of hire, the company can have someone doing the job all year without ever having to pay health benefits or paying out a commission check. They give you song and dance during your 6-8 week time and when they need to start paying commission & benefits, they let you go.

Unless you are prepared to live and breathe sales day in and day out, this job is not right for you! Any sign of weakness and you're essentially left behind, there is over a 60% turn over rate in the first 6 months so they expect people to fail to essentially weed out the weak. If you don't have a good relationship with your account manager, you will hate your life and quit, but if you have a good relationship they can be an invaluable resource. Basically, a good mentor can make or break this job. Also it's pretty much all Greek so if you don't like frat guys/sorority girls you won't fit in, and if you don't fit in you won't go far.
