Pros

Working as a contractor luckily I was working at the client site instead of Insights offices

Cons

Rarely ever saw or heard from anyone at Global Insight, I worked as a contractor for 8 months and saw my rep twice. Seemed to have a problem getting me my pay check on time and then seemed it was no big deal I was getting paid a week late. Poor follow up.

Pros

This company creates a very energetic environment. When you first get hired, they make you feel like you are a valuable employee and they have your best interest in mind.

Cons

There is a lack of management or structure. As a recruiter, your success largely depends on who your assigned account manager is since they are responsible for your training. There is also a lot of favoritism in this company which can greatly affect your success. There is also a high turnover rate at this company.

Pros

I have worked with recruiting firms before and Insight Global has been my best experience by far. They were extremely helpful in securing me a position at a company that fit me perfectly. They were very understanding with what I was looking for and actually cared about my corporate preferences than simply just placing a position. I was also extremely impressed with their turn around time when it came to answering my questions and e-mails.

Cons

I don't really have any, it was a very positive experience.
