Potential to make huge commissions at an early age, although it starts very low (they say to get you motivated).
Cons
The company profits off your hard work. They work you like a dog and will always tell you to improve. They monitor your stats each week and will dangle a promotion in front of you, sometimes with no real promotion to give. Unless your start in a brand new office, the biggest clients are already taken and you have to fight for small clients. Also be aware that most these reviews are from contractors that Insight global hires, not recruiters. That said, they make recruiters write positive reviews and force them to send out a link to contractors that got jobs to write reviews too. Most contractors will then write it because they think it will help them get another contract. The atmosphere seems fun at first, they encourage drinking and socializing. Gets old and pretty depressing quickly. not worth the possible high pay because you learn no skills to bring to a new company. If you can stay your whole life, which no one does, it should be avoided.
