Pros

The office has a nice view?

Cons

- Terrible work hours. You will work 7am to 6pm everyday and get paid 15 an hour to sit on a phone and recruit. - Extremely unintelligent people, who seem to have never had a job out of college before. - They promote excessive drinking at work events, and have had trouble with this in the past. - You will have no life outside of the office. - Start your career, expand your horizon, don't work here - this company will be bankrupt in 10 years with a terrible track record.

Pros

Good if you don't have anywhere else to go after college. If you're going into the telemarketing field/ customer service, this is the place for you.

Cons

The company has 2 conferences a year, where they encourage their employers to get as drunk as possible. You are treated like a monkey, dialing the phone until 5 p.m. You are required to bring in 5 people a week that are "potential candidates." The majority of people that you bring in are not going to get the job, and you are forced to lie to them saying that they will be "hearing from us soon."

Pros

In relation to personal growth (un-relatable to the company itself) -this job entails excessive explanation of day to day- details to management (this can prepare one for ruling out productive and unproductive management) -getting in front of Management at top IT business units (this is productive for future networking/ gaining confident prospecting) -gaining an IT Infrastructure knowledge based on effort one puts into it.

Cons

-Unfortunately there is no training that promotes best business practices, very weak content, there is no additional outside resources that come in and teach the sales force. Prepare to learn how to rush prospects into having a meeting with you. - Run of the mill elevator pitch training - Business practices are very poor- (political/ favoritism/ uneducated management) - Overall theme for production/ employee persona: Quantity not Quality - this job asks for clocking in and clocking out, despite your production. 7:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. expectations, it may be salary + commission, but consider this an hourly job. - this company is not diverse, point blank, all internally are aware of this despite their desire to admit. Overall, a great job to take for a year or two and understand how as an employee, you should be treated. Today, there are far too many companies that take a huge percent of their time/efforts to invest in their employees- as opposed to solely revenue. The turn over at this organization is high for a reason. This organization hires young which in turn allows for poor business management due to the naive knowledge of an employee to make it a point to change. Instead, people end up leaving because they simply do not want to put up with it, and nothing improves.
