Overall, a great job to take for a year or two and understand how as an employee, you should be treated. Today, there are far too many companies that take a huge percent of their time/efforts to invest in their employees- as opposed to solely revenue. The turn over at this organization is high for a reason. This organization hires young which in turn allows for poor business management due to the naive knowledge of an employee to make it a point to change. Instead, people end up leaving because they simply do not want to put up with it, and nothing improves.
