Pros

Great Happy Hours and Holiday parties, beer on Friday if you "hit" your numbers, nice office location and building

Cons

-the office management is EXTREMELY young, and it shows -turnover within the first year is around 70%, wish I would have known about this HUGE warning sign -when you talk to recruiters, they sell you on ridiculously inaccurate salary averages. YOU WILL MAKE 30,000-34,000 as a recruiter, terrible pay with 1% commission -extreme pressure to hit numbers so you are expected to be in office before 7:30 am and expect to stay till 6-6:30 at $30,000 -If you are female, YOU MUST wear high heels everyday all day when you are cold calling all day -You are assigned A or B lunch each day, is this high school? -You will be promoted if and only if you are "popular" with the account managers -Atmosphere is that of a sorority/fraternity house (might serve as a PRO to some) but not how I wanted my professional atmosphere to be, but it makes sense as the average office age is 25 yrs old including mgmt When I left the company there were 4 others that left within that same month, which is a lot considering total office size is around 30 people.

Pros

Really struggling here to find something positive. The people on your level, because they're all the same the same age.

Cons

The biggest con here is that they force current upper level managers to get onto outlets like Glassdoor and post positive reviews. This is a fact and why their overall rating is so high. Trust me, skim down a few and you'll see the truth. Pyramid-scheme management. For example, the recruiters on the bottom are doing nothing but dialing and promised "incentives" for finding good recruiters. At one point, I had 12 people in the field and my bonus was around $0.15. All while the mid-upper managers are making the "spread". Incredibly stringent and oddly strict rules. Must wear suits even though you're working in the office the entire day. I got chastised in front of the entire office because my dress shirt has a line of thin purple in it...not joking. Just an absolutely awful company. Do not be fooled by the young and attractive people here. Ask yourself - "Where are the adults in this playground?"

Pros

I don't have many pros from my experience

Cons

The leadership was corrupt, they would manipulate young girls to work for them at a very low price. I didn't like how they had the gang mentality where if you didn't hang out with coworkers outside of work you weren't considered part of the in-crowd. It was a lot of fun to go to happy hours that were paid for by the company, but it wasn't something I'd do all the time. It fosters the bully mentality and I didn't like the manipulation that started with management
