I have worked for Insight Global for over three and a half years and absolutely love it. I joined Insight Global out of college and have many friends in the staffing industry. Insight Global has provided me with an opportunity for growth that is unparalleled with anything I have seen. I am challenged every single day, feel recognized and rewarded for hard work, and am excited for what the next years have in store for the company and for myself.

Cons

Insight Global's hypergrowth has provided for some shortfalls in our backend support teams. We are constantly playing catchup with our internal IT systems, payroll and PTO policies, and employee benefits.

Working at Insight Global has been an incredibly rewarding and challenging experience. As a college senior, I accepted the position as recruiter one at Insight Global anticipating a standard 9-5 job--one that I would not necessarily enjoy. How VERY wrong I was... I immediately fell in love with the company’s values, ethics and competitive atmosphere. Working amongst some of the most driven and intelligent individuals I have ever met have not only made me a better recruiter, but a better person. Working here continues to surpass my initial expectations of the working world. In fact, I’ve enjoyed working here so much that I have made my ultimate goal within the company to become a corporate recruiter. In this role, I would recruit individuals like myself to work for Insight Global. The reason being: I want others to enjoy themselves every bit as much as I do.

Cons

This is not a cop out, I genuinely have no complaints. Working here has been an amazing experience.

I learned about the great opportunities at Insight Global on my first interview nearly five years ago. The opportunities they mentioned were being able to advance quickly in my career, enter management at a young age, and make great money. I have seen each of these opportunities come to fruition and I am excited to see the company continue to grow.

Cons

This company is all about hard work and earning your opportunity. People that think they are hard workers, but are not willing to go above and beyond, will not be successful here. Everyone hired has amazing potential and all you have to do is compete with the best of the best and come out on top.
