Pros

Insight Global is an incredible place to work for multiple reasons. The relationships built with both coworkers and clients are for life and irreplaceable, and the customer satisfaction is outstanding. All employees have an incredibly strong work ethic with a desire to help each and every one of us succeed in our own way, while being able to have fun at the same time. Overall, Insight Global is an unbelievable place to work and I would recommend this company to everyone.

Cons

There is a lot of hard work involved, but it always pays off in the end.

Pros

I have only been with Insight Global for 4.5 months- but have already been presented with so much opportunity. I was able to be a part of a brand new office- and it has been an unbelievable experience so far. Everyone is on the same page trying to grow the office and break into new business- and everyone wants to see everyone else succeed. I have had so much assistance and support in my development thus far- and have been able to help others as well.

Cons

It is a very fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere, so you have to give your all in order to keep up. If you're not willing to give 100% and take every opportunity given to you- this may not be the best fit. With that being said- all of the hard work put in will be so worth it once you see the payoff!
