      Pros

      I love working for Insight Global! Contractors and internal employees are given the utmost attention. During the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, every single phone call is answered within 2 rings...without fail. It's the best place to work if you want unlimited upward mobility at whatever rate your work ethic and drive dictate...nothing can hold you back here. This company takes so much care of everyone that works for it, and it's such a good family feel. Thank you, Insight Global, for helping me accomplish everything and more that I was promised I could do in my interview with you years back!

      Pros

      At Insight Global you have an excellent work enviornment. You have outgoing, friendly co-workers and management that is always looking for ways to improve yourself in sales, and help you make it to the next level. If you put in the extra effort, success will follow.I feel extremely lucky to have a job that I can truly say I love, especially straight out of college. It is unfortunate how many people do not enjoy the work they do. This job does require a lot of hard work, but it really does pay off.

      Cons

      When you reach sales, you are not in your typical 8-5 job. You've got to put in extra effort to achieve more. Not everyone can do this job, but the ones who can, will stay here. There is never a dull day in this company and you've got to take the challenges thrown your way and make the most of them.
