Pros
There are two things in my opinion that make Insight Global a great place. The first is the people. It is exhilarating to work with people who really care about what they do and give it there all. Hard work is infectious, and I have personally made some of my best friends through this company. The second thing is opportunity. I don't know of another company who offers you the opportunity to grow like Insight Global does.
Cons
People need to understand that this company isn't for everyone. You have to really have a great work ethic and you really have to love building relationships and entertaining. That isn't the case for everyone, but you will be given a lot of opportunities to make sure you love the job before you are promoted into sales.
