      Pros

      I have been working at Insight Global for 2 years now, and it is one of the best decisions I could have made. I love that this job offers new challenges everyday, and allows me the opportunity to determine my own success. I genuinely look forward to coming into work each day, and I plan to be here for a very long time.

      Cons

      If you're looking for the standard 9 to 5 job where you can get by doing the minimum amount of work, this probably isn't the place for you. To be successful at Insight Global you need to be competitive, outgoing, and hard-working.

      IG offers a great work environment, compensation and growth potential within the company. It is a great place for people looking to set their own pace. The company culture is also great!

      Insight Global has been my dream job! From the moment my corporate recruiter, Sara Johnson contacted me I knew I was going to love everyone in the company. I accepted the position in the St. Louis office just 4 days before graduation and I could not be happier with my decision! Everyone in the company is so welcoming and they truly want to see everyone achieve success. I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work every day and working with people who have become my best friends! The environment is without a doubt work-hard, play-hard, but the work is SO worth it. The incentives drive you, your mentors motivate you, and everyone is always looking for ways to help! Insight Global has had such a positive impact on my career and I can't wait to see where it is going to take me!

      Cons

      There is really nothing negative I can say about working at IGI. However, I will say it takes a lot of dedication and hard work.
