Insight Global is a fun and motivating place to work. The environment is full of young professionals right out of college who are all wanting to be sucessful at an early age. We do work long hours and it is a fast paced environment, but if you are dedicated and eager to succeed, it will happen. My experience with this company has been awesome and I could not have asked for a better first job out of college. I have put in many hours and there have definitely been some trying times, but I have stuck to the course and it has definitely paid off. I am making more money than the majority of my friends that are my age and I know that I will be earning cash and stock as a reward for my efforts. Not only is the money good, but you also get to work with your friends. We have a lively environment where there is a lot of praise and reward for reaching your goals and accomplishments. Our office is very close and we enjoy working together and spending time outside of the office at company happy hours and fun weekend retreats. I would definitely recommend Insight Global to anyone who has a whatever it takes mentality and can motivate themselves to work hard and reach their goals, because this is the place to do it and the rewards are definitely worth it.

If you want a career and not just a job this is the place for you. I have been here for about 2 years and absolutely love my job. It is really hard to find a career right out of college, but Insight global is just that! If you have a strong work ethic and the ability to provide the "whatever it takes" mentality, this place is for you. Our environment is like no other... where else can you work with people your age and make a lot of money? I am only 24 years old and am making more money than all of my friends. Insight Global is the fastest growing Recruiting Firm out there and we will continue to grow because of all of our sharp, professional people within the company.
