      Pros

      Working at Insight Global has been a great experience. One of the best parts about working at Insight Global is the postive and lively work enviroment. Not only have I advanced my career skills i have meet co workers that i will be firends with for the rest of my life. Insight Global is a great opportunity where you can make a lot of money compared to any job position in comparison as well.

      Cons

      If you call hardwork a con that could be the only downside to Insight Global. Insight Global is a fast paced enviroment with long hours. However, working hard and doing something you enjoy is something i look forward. Personalli enjoy coming into work everyday!!

      Insight Global gives you the chance to create your own career path. If you are a self motivated, hard working individual you can go a long way with the company. The company has a start up feel with corporate security. Meaning that the company will adapt to its employees. You can truly pave your own way at Insight Global. There have been many jobs created for those who make themselves valuable to the company. For example my job title, Professional Recruiter. This job was created after realizing that some people are strong at recruiting than sales. Before this role Insight Global was focused all around their sales people. However, after senior management realized that the dedication of some employees to finding quality candidates quickly and faster than the competition they made this a new role. Insight Global will take care and provide for those employees that are willing to go above and beyond to be better than the competition. Insight Global can be your key to early retirement. Because stock is built into the bonus program you can become an owner in the company very quickly. Close to 40% of the people become owners in the company by the two year mark. This stock can lead possible early retirement as it grows with the company. If you are looking for your hard work and dedication to pay off and lead to endless possibilities then this is the company for you.

      You must be willing to dedicate a lot of your time to this opportunity. Both personal and professional time. If you are not willing to dedicate a lot of time to this job then you are not going to succeed and it will not be fun for you. However, if you love spending time with young, personable, fun individuals then you will have a great time and succeed.

      If you work hard, you can make good money

      Cons

      Management is not honest to the employees There is little to no work life balance The company operates similar to Boiler Room. If you like to party and work hard for someone else to make a ton of money, with the potential to make money while lying to people, then you will like this place Trained to say whatever it takes to place a person in a position. If that means telling them they get 1 week paid vacation, you say it, but don't follow up. Also, convince people to work for a company you know wont be a good fit just to get the start.
