      Insight Global was very diligent and fast at finding opportunites that fit my background and payscale.

      Pros

      Insight Global was able to find a position for me that was extremely close to my home and only one week after my previous contract position ended. The staff is very attentive and kept me informed regulary during my search. Once I started the new position, unlike most recruiters, they kept in touch with me to see if the job was going well and also gave me feedback on my performance.

      Cons

      Unable to get benefits for 3 months. No paid time off as a contractor which is not unusual in the contract world.

      One of the Most Rewarding Experiences

      Thus far, working at Insight Global has been one of the most rewarding experiences that I have ever had the opportunity to be exposed to. It really starts with the people. I work with some of the most amazing and hardworking individuals that I have ever met. The consistent high energy levels and competitive fervor of the office really drives me to be the best that I can be. Although I have only been here a short while, I have no doubt that my experience at Insight Global will be an incredible journey!

      Cons

      While this may not necessarily be a "con", the environment is definitely work-hard / play-hard. We have a lot of fun in and out of the office, and at the same it it's a challanging and hard-working atmosphere.
