      Pros

      Every interaction I've had with the team at Insight Global has been top notch, I've felt like part of a family since day one.

      Cons

      Being a contractor through Insight Global, my only Con is not getting enough face time with the team. Even though my counter part with Insight Global is several states away, we are always in constant contact.

      Pros

      Amazing co-workers, clients and contractors make coming to work enjoyable. The opportunity to advance in this company is simply amazing - the sky is the limit. If you're willing to work hard and step outside your comfort zone you will be successful.

      Cons

      If you aren't used to being pushed to succeed, or can't take constructive critcism, this probably isn't the best fit for you.
