      Pros

      All those I've worked with at Insight are genuinely invested in our success, collectively and individually. There is a drive to excellence that is ever-present, never a lack of focus or clarity. Opportunities for growth and advancement are real and accessible. Opinions and initiative are valued.

      Cons

      I don't see any real downsides. There is a lot of change in the company as Insight is consistently on the move to be better. It can be challenging. I tend to think compensation is on the low end but the tradeoff in work/life balance is much better than my previous organizations could offer. Livable compensation structures that allow for life outside of work... that's a win.

      Pros

      I love my manager, I love my teammates, I enjoy having opportunties to learn the most cutting-edge software and apply them to new projects.

      Cons

      The culture has changed rapidly since I even began, and continues to decline. I feel more and more like just a number or a cog in a huge machine everyday.
