Cheapskate and don't keep their promises.

If you’re looking for a workplace that respects its people and has a clear strategy, this is not it. Leadership is laser-focused on boosting their own bonuses and the company’s stock price, rather than supporting the employees who actually keep the business running. Layoffs feel nonstop—every six months brings a new “restructuring,” fueled by clueless decision-making at the top. Utilization rates are tracked obsessively, leaving you constantly paranoid about whether you’ve logged enough hours to dodge the next round of cuts. Promotions and even basic job security hinge on whether you’re part of the “inner circle,” while fresh ideas and genuine hard work seem to go unnoticed. Overall, the environment is toxic, morale is cratering, and unless you thrive on uncertainty and favoritism, you’re better off looking elsewhere.
