Calgary branch pays literally 40% below market rate and even after 5 years of employment you are only making 2% to 5% more than your starting salary . After Insight tookover PCM , employees were very hopeful of getting market rate salary but as long as the calgary management has same old people nothing will change. No growth at all. Management is willing to hire less qualified candidate than promote existing employees. They are willing to give new hires more salary than current employees. Employees are replaced within days of asking for raise or promotion. They literally force employees to bank their overtime and employees are forced to used their bank hours even if they don't want to.
