      Political nightmare and watch for ethics

      Pros

      It is a paycheck. The individual folks are fantastic people.

      Cons

      Very political, questionable ethics. Leadership has no clue how to run a successful company and integrate multiple acquisitions.

      your words fall on deaf ears

      Pros

      The people and some of the managers are decent people

      Cons

      They will force you into other departments. even after you tell them that you have an issue with management there. knowing there will be issues they don't care. they have no system on which to start new projects. there is a war between labs and managers. they repeat themselves and fail to listen to anyone.
