      Amazing place to step into the IT industry!

      Pros

      Friendly environment. Teams are very coherent and team mates are always willing to help. Any position held in the organization is challenging and staff helps in the rewarding and recognition of other staff members. Pay is fair for fresh grads with no working experience.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunities to grow within the same department. Upper management are kind of isolated from the efforts being done at the operational side to get the work done. Some HR members don't care about the employee well being.

      Pros

      Some great people that can help turn this company around. Training is well done and handled professionally Bright office space and fully stocked cafeteria Benefits are great and aside from HR director, the HR team is great and very accommodating

      Cons

      The leadership from Directors on Canadian side is severely lacking and are more interesting in protecting there own position than moving forward. Very political atmosphere that make you feel like you are walking on eggshells at all times. High turnover with little remorse from management leading to low company morale.
