      Pros

      Great people in the branches, Tempe is a joke.

      Cons

      If you have been acquired they way of life you have know will end. They can't decide if they want to provide software/ hardware or services. They have not been able to blend the different sales teams and acquired companies together into one seamless team. They spend a ton to buy their way into new markets and then get rid of what made those companies successful to keep the old guard call center in Tempe happy. Enterprise will never buy over the phone - let them be their own group. Benefits are horrible and pay continues to get worse each year.

      Pros

      The salary is on-par with what you can get in the industry. Getting hired is pretty simple if you have the right credentials because they're so desperate.

      Cons

      Where to begin... Their business process involves using highly talented, certified individuals to perform clerical tasks as more than half of their job. All of the talented executive management have resigned from the company in 2009 leaving a rotting corpse of a business. The company is losing money so management has taken every cost cutting step imaginable. You do not want to work in sales at this company unless you like having completely unattainable sales targets.

      Pros

      Career advancement possible, decent benefits, flexible schedule-understanding of personal time needed for vacation, illness, etc. Good company vision.

      Cons

      Compensation is across the board, commission/bonus plans will change frequently with no notice, favoritism, lack of ongoing training, system platform not adequate or user friendly to get the job done in a timely manner. Too much focus on SMB market.
