Pros

Great offerings combined with the capability to serve global clients. Good people who want to do what's right for the client. Recent acquisitions of BlueMetal and DataLink should keep moving the company in the right direction.

Cons

Very fragmented sales forces with no direction. Accounts are divided between several sales groups and the coverage model makes no sense. If you are liked by your manager life is good, if not start looking. Sr. Mgt. seems to be siding with people from the new acquisitions (Blue Metal, DataLink) over legacy Insight sales people. For all the services the consulting group has they don't appear to be selling much. Which is probably due to lack of sales leadership.

Cons

Not a clear vision on the inside - outside Sales model. Lots of internal fighting over accounts.
