Pros

Great benefits from the partners, theu offer free catering and cool prizes. Fun place when they do things like bingo

Cons

Was given no training for a position that was new to the company. Hired alone and expected tonhabenmy manager and other employees train me who barely took the time of day to talk to me. If you're an attractive female, beware, sexual, inappropriate comments will be made. Unprofessional coworkers more.concerned with porn sites and starting and women as rheubwalk by than working. Literally would go into a "trance" as I was asking a question. My bèst advice of you are an attractive women, dress down, baggier clothes, little makeup, hair up, glasses instead of contacts if you have them. To prove a point one day, I dressed professionally and by noon a good friend sent a picture to me if me that had been circulating. I can't get info more detail as I have a pending sexusk lawsuit against them or a certain employee.

Some of the allegations in your description of your experience at Insight are deeply troubling since we take any form of discrimination in the workplace very seriously. Insight is an equal opportunity employer and we value and respect all of our teammates. The type of behavior you describe is not tolerated at Insight. While we have no lawsuits pending against us of this nature, if there is more information you can provide, we want to hear it and strongly encourage you to email us at glassdoorfeedback@insight.com or contact our legal department directly.

Pros

People are knowledgeable, ambitious, friendly and always willing to assist. Flexible work environment. Variety of work.

Cons

The benefits in general are just OK. Health Benefits are poor it’s a high premium, high deductible, low coverage HSA. 401k match is low average, not what you might expect from a Fortune 500 company. Incentive programs are limited to non-existent for non-management or non-sales employees and If you're not sales, you don't get ANY of the perks.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoy working with great teammates and have challenging work. As it relates to health care, over the past few years we have invested in wellness solutions for our teammates. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account, an on-site health center in Arizona, one preferred network in Chicago, along with a variety of other wellness initiatives. In addition, in 2016, we drastically changed our prescription drug coverage to ensure our teammates aren’t required to hit a deductible for certain maintenance medications. Our current deductible is $1,500 for teammates, and $3,000 for families which we found to be competitive in the marketplace. In order to assist our teammates with that expense, we provide $500 (for teammates) and $1,000 (for families) in a health savings account. One of our focuses is to ensure our teammates have access to resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy. We take all feedback seriously and I have provided your review to our HR team. We encourage you to talk with HR to review the benefits plan and “perks” we offer all teammates. Also feel free to email us at glassdoorfeedback@insight.com. We appreciate your time for writing a review.
