      Great training, stay on top of the latest trends in IT. Manufacturer partners will offer tickets to certain outings and events. Onsite healthcare Coffee and breakfast available most mornings in the lobby.

      Cons

      Get ready to have your best accounts taken from you and moved to the field. Constant pipeline focus which creates a lot of stress and distraction. Constant pressure to push products that are in focus for that particular month. Very corp structure where your time is tracked and there's little autonomy.

      Company is way behind the times in effective management of employees outside Tempe. HR failed to stop a rogue manager from derailing a 10 yr employees career. Sr leadership lacks much in terms of vision and motivating employees
