      No career path, can't go anywhere

      Pros

      Looks good on resume, teammates are so unqualified it is easy to look good

      Cons

      There is no way to move up in the company and no type of career path, pay is below average and if anyone gets a yearly raise it might be $.10 an hour, there is absolutely no training and all the management is completely unaware of what they are doing and are only in their jobs because they have friends in upper management. Benefits are ridiculously expensive and it's literally joked about in staff meetings how underpaid the office workers are.

      Pros

      Fun environment. Insight likes to have fun at work. They do pretty creative fun (free) activities to keep you motivated to sell, sell, sell.

      Cons

      Shaky leadership, bad management, horrible HR policies. Horrible medical benefits.

      Pros

      There are several members of the teams that are true assets. These individuals are extremely knowledgeable; however, Insight has no respect for their employees. In fact their turnover rates and ability to cut anyone without warning is horrific.

      Cons

      Horrible management, unethical business practices, and lack of methodology define Insight. The company tried to build on its services lines but has no care for the persons making up their workforce. There is no real career to be had here and they only use employees until they just don't need them anymore so then they quickly let them go.
