Pros

Great learning and professional development portal (precipio). This is the best learning experience I've had in any company. The portal has interpersonal, technical and service skills development videos and readings. Best for the self motivated and those with personal time to accomplish, I am a highly ambitious learner and I took advantage of this opportunity!

Cons

1. Horrible turn over rate. 2. IMPROPER STAFFING: one person in charge of site that requires at least two support staff for over two years. After they quit, continued same behavior for several months with new hire. 3. BIAS MICRO-MANAGEMENT: experienced then learned that myself and another woman of similar racial background (the only two in the company) were getting micro-managed and hounded for less impactful reasons in work environment. Also learned that this behavior carried on before employment with other employees of the same cultural background that quit or were fired. 4. ABUSE OF AUTHORITY: Manager tried to dictate and took action to use personal PTO days without my authority or request based on their preference, When informationally addressed and request to correct their action was presented, it was refused. HR was forced to intervene to correct managements wrong doing. A bigger case was formed from continual harassment and they soon let go of the HR representative seemed to mediate in a fair manner. 5. RETALIATION: After HR incidents with management, micro-managing maximized and workload heightened. Job was threatened if a raised bar wasn't met. I exceeded it and the output of others. In turn, management had leadership overlook each bit of my work and discredit as much as possible. When they found nothing worth while, they unjustly discredited and erased some of my work (they couldn't erase much without risking bigger issues because all of my work was legit). Management then decided to instruct leadership to assign me less to prevent me from reaching the same impressive results. Informed by management that I wouldn't be paid for hours that worked. After kindly reminding them it was against the law and would hear from an attorney if I wasn't paid properly, and surprise fire happened weeks later. 6. UNFAIR PAY: Woman from same cultural background, Education level and experience are getting paid significantly less than men and other groups of women with similar or less background.

Cons

They will overload you, you either sink or swim here You can get by with the bare minimum Management plays favorites based on performance and overall team outlook (this is debatable on being a con or not) Pay is sub-par but its a great place to get your foot in the door in a certain sector
