      Poor place for Young Graduates to start their career

      A wide set of teams you could move into

      Things move very slow, no opportunities for young grads, more than 60% of young grads who joined their skills academy program were made redundant within an year (even though they advertise first year is for learning and development), there is no blueprint in place to move their Graduate Associates into roles

      Hr unsupportive Lazy decision making You can't ask questions to your top level management. They can create or change policy any time as per their convenience. So don't trust on company policies.
