Pros
Insight at it's core is an incredible company. Great culture, good people leading, engaging atmosphere and little micromanagement. I loved my time at Insight and would love to come back. I've never been so in love with a company's culture, and the relationships I built here are very important to me. There is not a day that went by that I wasn't learning, engaging, and growing as a person.
Cons
Pay and benefits are below market. Between low annual raises (3% for top performers) and a lack of defined career path, it was painfully clear that while I loved what I did, other companies were paying much higher with much more competitive benefits.
