      Too many reorganization changes, if you don't put 6+ hours every day towards the project, the management will terminate you even if you are working on active project. There is no work-life balance. no room to grow.

      Pros

      Company was ok. Just always have your eyes open for better opportunities. Quick income and vacation time.

      Cons

      Uses vacation time against your absences. Management does not fight for you to stay. They know that you are going to leave for a better job No advancement opportunities once hired. They lie about advancement opportunities. Do not like it when you stand up for yourself against writeups.

      Entry Level Sales Position

      Pros

      It's an ideal job first job after college, but that is about it. Great training program and fun, fully-remote environment. I learned a lot about IT, which is something that I am passionate about. Direct managers were great to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely low base pay and less than ideal commission structure. Way too many unnecessary meetings. The CRM and account creation/assignment process makes prospecting miserable, and is the reason that I am giving my review 3 stars. Attempting to use the CRM wastes so much time. KPIs are tracked religiously. All of the best accounts are already taken.
