      Low pay, capped sales manager pay, women only focused, only looking out for executives who are out of touch with the normal lives of people.

      Concerns with new staff

      Great place to learn but need to be proactive about building connections and jumping on emerging opportunities

      Pros

      You will learn a lot and get experience working with different technologies, supporting multiple service contracts and working with great industry experts in all areas of IT. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking for entry -level experience but not entirely sure what exactly they want to specialize in. To have a positive experience, you need to be motivated and eager to learn and jump into something willing to learn the answers and figure it out on your own.

      Cons

      Days can be stagnate after some time. If there are no open opportunities you will stall in your career until you make your next move. Some other technicians also can be dead weight for the team if they are not pulling their own meaning more work for you. Pay is also not that great in reflection to applicable skills.
