      Great culture and bright future

      Pros

      Insight is a big company that feels like a small company when it comes to culture. I enjoy working with my team, our cross-functional partners and the execs. We are committed to diversity and belonging and have an employee funded program to support our teammates that face financial burden due to unexpected, traumatic circumstances. I work at the corporate headquarters. The building is gorgeous! I love that we have a coffee bar and a cafe. The food is really excellent. These services are not sponsored by Insight but they are reasonably priced. Breakfast is especially economical. We also have a gym but what is really unique is that we have a doctor's office in the building and it's possible to get same day appointments! I was offered a generous compensation package. We've had a couple tough quarters but I am very optimistic about our future. We have hired a lot of strong talent and we are already seeing some signs of recovery in the marketplace.

      Cons

      The health benefits could be better. They are pretty expensive and the coverage isn't comparable to what I've had at past employers. However, they have a new plan option this year that is more affordable than what I paid previously and so that's definitely a step in the right direction. The fact that we have a doctor on site, is outstanding.

      It is true that the best workplace is Insight. It was my dream to work in a 500 fortune company. Now, I am living my dream.
