Your direct practice manager and teammates are always supportive and continuously will find ways to help you improve. Starting as the base level software developer or Associate Software Engineer(ASE), they provide extremely fair equal and fair pay to show how serious they are to have you join the team. The projects they chose are with great clients, big and small. The work on the projects come in all different ways, giving us developers a well seasoned field to learn and excel in. You get unlimited PTO :). On some projects, you will even be asked to take PTO.
