Pros
BlueMetal tends to have cool projects, staffed by smart and friendly people. It can be a lot of fun if you land in the right place!
Cons
BlueMetal is part of Insight, an incredibly cheap company. Scott Jamison is no longer the CEO; he and many other talented people have already left. Expect to be drug tested, security screened, and sign an arbitration and noncompete agreement. Expect health benefits to be very minimal and to start at the beginning of the month after you begin work. Expect to take deep discount travel options and have every penny scrutinized.
