Sometimes difficult to navigate across all the organizations (finding SMEs) especially with the growth through acquisition.

- Truly lives by the company's mantra of "Hunger, Heart and Harmony" - The Digital Innovation Group is working on several really cutting-edge projects with partners and clients - Building new IoT solutions in a start-up Agile type of way - The company's other business areas are open to trying new things to improve and enhance the process without feeling like a big company - Can leverage the larger org and resources to help build, market and get new ideas off the ground - Good work/life balance with several opportunities to learn and lead new initiatives

Cons

- Like any company, need to spend some time networking internally and externally to understand the organization and who is actually doing what

Pros

Insight has awesome work-life balance flexibility, with several work from home opportunities. In addition, Insight has the best communication- they even send reminder texts about upcoming events and important dates to remember. After being employed at one of the largest IT companies for over 19 years, I’m so happy to finally feel valued as an employee. At Insight, your opinion counts!

Cons

Security is tight at Insight, so allow a few extra minutes for entry and exit!
