      Great culture - lots of growth potential

      Pros

      Great culture and many opportunities for advancement and growth with the company. Pretty good benefits. Ability to learn and gain technical training that would otherwise be very expensive or unavailable.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast and bringing in new leadership, some of whom don't really understand how the business works. Hugely impactful decisions are being made by senior leaders, and then they reverse course 6 weeks later when they realize they made the wrong call. They don't admit their failures - just put the blame on the worker bees for the most part. Some think they're smarter than everyone else in the room.

The ability to work remote is another added benefit to having flexibility in your schedule so thank you for mentioning that.

      Hard to move up with in the company. They look more at tenure rather than skill for promotions.
