Pros

- Remote - zero micro management (at least from my manager) -work life balance

Cons

- CEO each quarter gets 1000-10,000s of stock options worth millions then tells the working class employee we dont have budgets for merit increases - no upward growth opportunities - the company has zero care about its employees. - consistent payroll issues. if the company underpays you they will wait 2-4 weeks to fix. if the company overpays you they will CLAW BACK the money from your bank account within hours/days. If this effects your banking situation they do not care... its the employees fault for not catching their mistake sooner. - upper management is completely twofaced and fake.

You'll learn different kinds of technology. Also, they provide video training in which you can get certifications> And the manager I've been with is great and will support you until the end.

Cons

If the client is gone, you will be floated but your manager will help you find another client until you are laid off
