revolving door of management, quota increased every quarter making commission harder to achieve. Depending on what sector you work for, you could make bank or barely enough to provide. i worked in SMB so i had the latter. You cant choose your segment and its impossible to move.

The benefits were really poor before acquisitions of companies with higher skill sets forced the improvements. So it's great that there were changes, but not so great that the lower paid employees were not treated so awesomely in the first place.
