Okay for getting started

Pros

There is a variety of work to exercise your knowledge about computer configurations. Job security is solid if you know what you are doing.

Cons

There is always points of downtime. Sometimes you might have to be reassigned to look busy. Sometimes managers watch you with an eagle eye and will have to point fingers if something goes wrong, even if you haven't caused it. There's very little upwards mobility here leaving professionals here dissatisfied.

A very dynamic company to work for

Pros

Insight and everyone at the company cares about each other and the culture is very diverse. Insight is a dynamic place to work and all employees are encouraged to work together as a team and to recognize each other. Overall Insight's culture is all about achieving success and everyone is great to work with.

Cons

As of late, Insight has been hiring people from the outsight before looking internally for candidates to move up the ladder into leadership roles, which has caused many good people to leave the company and place the burden on others to pick up the slack.
