      Pros

      secure job as long as you come to work, growing company at a steady rate, good acquisitions, smart upper level management, good direction and leadership. good communication between departments and branches. pay for education, good 401k plan. Health conscious for the sake of healthy teammates.

      Cons

      pay in some departments not up to par, promotions are slim in branches.

      Love my career thus far

      Pros

      Insight provide ample opportunity for skills development, career advancement, and certain role enjoy great deal of work flexibility. Managers are invested in the success of their direct report, and encourage movement within departments to better utilize workers skill sets.

      Cons

      Dependent on role, some teams have dead weight whom perform sub-par & reduce the cohesion of the team. Salary for most role is below industry averages. Annual raise seems to be based on a fixed increment VS merit based which eventually stifle worker day to day effort.
