      Great pay, remote work, decent culture, mediocre health benefits

      Pros

      I get paid well for what I do. I can work 100% remote. My boss is great. The work I do is interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      Constantly fighting corporate for more staff on our team. Never seem to have enough go people to really do what we need to as well as we would like. Wish there was a full Healthcare coverage plan instead of high deductible + HSA. Some of my coworkers have hinted at conservative ideas about gender and politics that have made me hesitant to be fully honest about my orientation, gender identity, and political ideology.

      Nice place to work, people are cool, some of the projects are staff augmentations and they are typically brutal

      Poor pay, easy to get lost in the shuffle

      Pros

      This company manages a vast amount of applications for multiple companies and they give constant opportunities to learn and manage these clients and apps. Management is very open to new ideas for better management and allow you to take initiative on small projects. This company's management does not micromanage at all. They are very generous, allowing software requests and approvals effortlessly. If you have an idea to make something better, they are all about giving you the tools to do so. Instant 2 weeks vacation on hire.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for a pay increase.
