Great clients. Awesome managers. All around great people. They invest in their people. Flexible hours. Many opportunities.

Cons

Medical benefits could be better (very high deductible), but they do try and accommodate for existing conditions upon hiring.

Pros

Insight has a strong position as a global solutions provider. They have done an amazing job of acquiring companies to create a complete set of solutions that companies are looking for. I've worked at Insight for 13 years and have seen the company grow in to the great place to work that it is today. The company values of heart, hunger, and harmony are truly embraced from top leadership all the way to front line workers.

Cons

In the past there were times that the company focused perhaps too heavily in one area (i.e. hardware sales). But this is no longer the case - they have a well-rounded view of solution offerings that position Insight as a very strong player in the industry.
