      Great Place to Work & Grow

      Pros

      Great company to start a career and grow into what you really want to do. Starting to get more growth options in Conway office. Opportunities for mentorship and leadership. Finally getting a strong and solid group of sellers. Fun atmosphere and positive culture, great job of including people in all departments.

      Cons

      Relatively low pay when compared to other sites, probably due to low cost of living in Conway. Pay is competitive compared to the area, but still should be more competitive when compared to national average. Lots of attrition. Need more female leaders.

      Pros

      Family focused company with very friendly employees. Working hard to develop better benefits, truly care about their people. Managers and above receive a lot of training and development. Management does a good job of communicating its strategy and vision to all levels within the organization.

      Cons

      Systems could use an upgrade, it is harder to get detailed information that it should be. Every process is very manual
