      Pros

      Has a relatively good culture and has fantastic vendors coming and going at all times for new opportunities.

      Cons

      It is more of a stepping stone and the pay is terrible. People would stay if they were trusted to do their duties and were not micromanaged as well as paid a reasonable wage.

      Great Company, Great Culture

      Pros

      Insight does so much for their employees, take your dog to work day, summit club and values recognitions, bring your fit to work day, annual biometric screenings, and so much more. They are always thinking of ways to try and make Insight a better place where people are happy to work, and with all the external ways they give back to the community it's a place people can be proud to work.

      Not all employees model the culture our leaders try to promote

      Lifting up employees with potential Allowing for a self starting environment Marketing team has a great culture and our leadership is always looking for great ways to grow.
