      Pros

      The employees at Insight all are teamwork-oriented and very diverse. Management gives you ample opportunity to learn new things and grow.

      Cons

      If you are not flexible and don't like frequent organizational changes then this this is not the company for you.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Insight is a wonderful place to work. I came from a large IT company that was consistently laying off employees. Insight is doing so well that they can't hire fast enough. I have received the proper training to do my job. They had me manage several projects to understand the companies processes before I was given a team of direct reports. The people I work with are so supportive. It's proven to be a really good move for me.

      They are growing so fast that most people I work with have been with the company less than 5 years.
