      My team is awesome and I work with really smart people. Unlimited vacation

      Cons

      Timesheets, reminders, meetings, all the little extra things consultants have to do become ridiculous. Part of this is because of Covid.

      Pay is decent despite low merit increases due to covid. Leadership team mostly gets it Strong work from home culture in CDCT solution area Work/Life Balance is great in CDCT Business outlook is very good post COVID

      Cons

      Health insurance is "one of the worst employee plans I've ever seen" - Multiple health care friends. Sometimes leadership does focus on the wrong things (focusing on the money, and not the people)
