      The pay is downright bad, they'll let their good people go and then hire someone else and pay them more.

      Pros

      Worked remote, consistent fixed hours, can request to cover time/time off if needed.

      Cons

      Fixed schedule can be hard to change. Can feel pigeonholed to do specific task, in order to change or have variety, you'd have to prove yourself constantly.
