      Nice place to work and to learn as well. Understandable teammates. Good pay. WFH culture.

      Job security. Missing some good part of good management (depends of manager) Networking because of WFH

      Good people. Although many are leaving to actual get paid a better wage

      Cons

      Executives do not have a clear picture of there employees needs and try to put processing in place to frustrate the employees from trying to ask questions. The goal is to pay the employees less and push out the long standing employees.
