Endless RIFs and constant reorgs Inability to review internal equity No performance based merit, everyone receives the same % Poor leadership in Cloud and lack of empathy Trained CSMs to only read scripts and discourages creativity No mentorship from middle management

Constantly changing organization/ comp plans Management top heavy Do not want to hear that internal systems are not working, or suggestions to improve Only want "yes" people - will gaslight or excommunicate if problems are brought forward Not providing quotas or goals until 6-8 weeks into the current quarter. Poor medical benefits Not customer centric, nor employee centric
