      1. Management takes employee for granted. They change their policies whenever they want and no body has right to question. 2. Appointment letter is mere paper and the T&C mentioned in it might change after you join. 3. Taking a leave is a crime 4. Lot of politics 5. Tech Leads do not have any work. They pretend as if they r doing a lot of work. In reality its all zero. 6. No proper hikes 7. Promotions are joke 8. No perks 9. Work is not valued. 10.
